Students who are duly enrolled and who fail to pass the assessment test on one of the dates indicated, or who do not show up, will be notified by the Commission of additional educational obligations (OFA).
In particular, before the winter examination session, an eight-hour preparatory course will be organised, held by lecturers, department tutors and possible external experts.
The aim of the course is to enable the student to familiarise himself/herself with certain methods of approaching the comprehension of a specialised text, using techniques appropriate to the disciplines covered in the course, with particular reference to strategies for summarising a text, the use of mind and/or concept maps to facilitate synthesis work, and the use of specialised vocabularies with regard to the correct acquisition of key words and principles.
The dates of the preparatory course will be indicated on this page.
The additional educational obligations are deemed to have been fulfilled if the student has attended the preparatory course and answered correctly at least half of the multiple-choice questions of the relevant final aptitude test administered online.
Those who did not take the test or did not pass it, or did not pass the final aptitude test relating to the aforementioned propaedeutic course, or did not attend the propaedeutic course, must view the didactic material of the propaedeutic course, which will be published on the Elly platform, and then take the relevant final aptitude test, administered online, until they pass it. If you pass the test, you will be reported to the Student registry office. The successful registration will enable regular admission to the first-year examinations and the corresponding registration.
