Learning objectives

The student will be expected to know the main signs and symptoms of each individual system, both through the systems approach and through the head-foot examination. He/she will have to know the reference values of vital parameters whether they are expressions of a condition of normality and well-being or of pathological pictures.
The student will be familiar with the main nursing maneuvers and techniques for the detection and study of such biological expressions.
Therefore, for each topic, the student is required to have the ability to define it in a comprehensive manner, to provide the reference values and/or defining characteristics, to describe the possible detection sites and the possible main acquisition/detection techniques.
